wonderful christmastime

It’s my favorite time of year, even though cold weather is my least favorite. Being surrounded by family and friends all excited about the season is the best feeling. Everyone is so friendly (except when trying to find a parking spot at the mall) and cheerful about the holidays and obviously getting presents is a plus as well…

every holiday this one house goes all out and everyone drives past it 20 mph slower than usual…

all is calm. all is bright. This is my favorite part of the Christmas Eve service. Singing Silent Night with only candles lighting the sanctuary is always amazing.
